Beth Tabak,

Beth Tabak has been a
Small Business and Life Coach since 2001. She studied and developed skills through Coach U graduating in November 2003. Beth continues education in the self development field through books and classes.
Previously she graduated with a BA from Shippensburg University of
PA, worked five years as a Realtor, and another five as a restaurant owner fine tuning her business skills. She found
her passion in life coaching and small business coaching. Through self exploration she discovered her strengths are: an
encourager, a relator, and a maximizer with curiosity and interest in the world. She sets her rates lower than other coaches because she thrives on working with clients who have a large gap between
where they are and where they want to be, think big, and are ready to shake things up and experience the vastness of their
abilities.
While she
grew up wading creeks, climbing trees, exploring the wilderness, and tumbling on the hills of Pennsylvania; Beth now lives just outside of
Houston, TX. She enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, golden retriever, rescued cat, and parakeet. A few other favorite activities are reading, researching, horseback
riding, jet skiing, boating, snow skiing, four-wheeling, traveling, and adventures.

and developing strengths, passions, skills, education, and values they become more authentic. By developing a stronger personal
foundation and learning new techniques to squash sabotaging behaviors such as bad habits, negative thought
patterns, fears, procrastination, etc. they are able to develop new actions that lead to bigger and better results. Life begins to flow, confidence begins to soar, work becomes more fun, and they
experience more success, happiness, and fulfillment in work and play.
Starting Now provides life coaching and small business coaching information, tools, and
resources to carry out it's mission. Founded in June 2001.
A Great
Memory of a Dream Come True
"I remember sitting around the campfire on a white water rafting
trip with the Outdoors Club my senior year in college. I was telling the supervising professor that my dream was to sail to various
islands in the Bahamas. The next Spring Break 15 of us under the leadership of the same professor drove to Florida, chartered a sailboat with a captain, and spent a week sailing
and exploring the islands in the Bahamas. I
understand they did this every Spring Break for years after. Sometimes our dreams aren't as far off as we think. Sometimes it's just a matter
of connecting, getting support, and taking action."
